COVID-19 NOTICE

MALAYSIA Prime Minister has announced a nationwide total lockdown, whereby all economic and social activities will be shut except for essential services approved by the National Security Council. Legal practices are not categorised as essential services and will therefore be required to shut down during the Total Lockdown Period (original period 1-14 June, extension 15-28 June 2021).

Due to surging cases, Selangor was then placed under Enhanced Movement Control Order from 3-16 July 2021 during which time period majority of government offices such as land authorities and inland revenue were closed, inter-district and inter-state travellling were restricted.

As of 27 June 2021, a National Recovery Plan has been announced. Upon the expiry of the Enhanced Movement Control Order imposed on Selangor on 28 June, Selangor is reverted to Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan where various movement control measures and work capacity limits apply.
